Job Advert 1 – Bank Front of House / Barista
WE’RE HIRING – BANK FRONT OF HOUSE / BARISTA (FLEXIBLE HOURS)
We’re looking for friendly, reliable people to join our team at Jake’s Bakes in the Market House, St Austell.
This is a flexible, casual role—perfect if you’re looking for extra hours, weekend work, or something to fit around other commitments.
What the role looks like:
- 4–6 hour shifts
- Initially supervised, with the opportunity to work independently as you grow
- Mix of weekday and weekend shifts (more hours available over summer)
- Fast-paced, customer-focused environment
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is friendly, smiley, and great with people
- Works well in a team
- Is willing to learn and get stuck in
- Has good communication skills
- Previous experience is a bonus, but not essential
What you’ll get:
