Terms and Conditions

Vehicles taking part should arrive between 8.00am and 9.30am.

When arriving, which should be at the entrance opposite the old General Wolf/Sports Direct end of Fore Street, you will be guided by a Marshal to your correct parking space.

You shall drive at 5mph throughout as there will be pedestrians present.

The Marshal’s instructions are final.

Vehicles to have valid proof of insurance either in the car or on a device that is accessible.

A contact mobile phone number for emergencies to be clearly displayed in the passenger side of the windscreen throughout the event.

From 10am to 4pm the vehicles should be parked in gear, locked (unless you are with the vehicle) and the engine must not be started. If you have one, please make your fire extinguisher available.

Vehicles should leave in an orderly fashion between 4pm and 6pm.

NO vehicle shall leave between 10am and 4pm except in an emergency, in which case the Marshals should be immediately informed and you are guided out by them.
